Delivery Policy

1. Placing an Order

Orders for products can be placed via our official website at www.alreemvet.net using your registered login credentials, provided upon account activation. Alternatively, you may place your order by email at mhalreem@emirates.net.ae. Please note: Submitting an order does not confirm acceptance. Your order will only be accepted once confirmed by our team.

2. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)

Self-Collection Orders: Minimum order value is AED 200
Deliveries (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah ): MOQ is AED 350
Deliveries (Other Emirates): MOQ is AED 500

3. Product Availability & Alternatives

If a product is unavailable or if your requested delivery timeframe cannot be met, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will not proceed with the order until you confirm whether to accept suggested alternatives or revise the order accordingly.


4. Order Fulfillment Timelines

Orders that meet the MOQ will be added to our next working day dispatch schedule. For deliveries outside Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, please allow 36 to 72 hours for fulfillment.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Discrepancies

At the time of delivery, please ensure any discrepancies (e.g., missing or damaged items) are clearly noted on the receiving copy of the invoice. Reports submitted after delivery without proper documentation may not be honored. All concerns must be reported to mhalreem@emirates.net.ae.

6. Holiday & Closure Adjustments

Delivery timelines may be adjusted during Public Holidays or official company closures. We will notify you of any changes to standard delivery schedules in advance whenever possible.


7. Delivery Charges

Free delivery for orders meeting the MOQ.
Orders below the minimum threshold will incur a delivery fee, calculated and communicated prior to dispatch.

8. Accurate Address Required

To avoid any delays, please ensure your full delivery address and active contact details are provided with every order.
