Formulation

Each 3g syringe contains 50 mg of Clavulanic acid as Potassium clavulanate, 200 mg of Amoxicillin as amoxicillin trihydrate and 10 mg of Prednisolone.

Indications

It is used in the treatment of clinical and subclinical mastitis caused by staphylococci (including beta-lactamase producing strains), streptococci (Str. agalactia, Str. dysgalactiae, Str. uberis), A. pyogenes and Corynebacterium spp., Escherichia coli, Campylobacter spp. and Pasteurella spp. bacteria in lactating cows.

Dose

After milking, apply one full dose of Bovimast LC suspension to the udder lobe via the udder canal. Repeat the application three times, 12 hours apart.
