Formulation

Each mL contains Doxycycline Hyclate equivalent to 100 mg Doxycycline.

Indications

Used for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria in calves, chickens, and turkeys.

  • In calves: For the treatment of bacterial diarrhea, colisepticemia, bronchopneumonia, polyarthritis, calf diphtheria, and umbilical cord infections (omphalitis).
  • In chickens and turkeys: For the treatment of bacterial diarrhea, colisepticemia, Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD) complex, airsacculitis (air sac infections), salpingitis, fowl cholera, infectious coryza, and staphylococcal infections.
Dose
  • Chickens and turkeys: Administer orally via drinking water at a dose of 2 L per 10,000 kg body weight.
  • Calves: Administer orally at a dose of 1 mL per 10 kg body weight.

Withdrawal Period:
Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption before the following periods have elapsed after the last treatment:

  • Chickens: 4 days
  • Turkeys: 6 days
  • Calves: 14 days

Do not administer to laying hens or turkeys producing eggs for human consumption.
