Indications
KirOftal AzitroKir is a macrolide antibiotic with chondroitin sulfate indicated for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and blepharitis caused by susceptible strains of the following microorganisms: Group G coryneform bacteria, Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mitis, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Chlamydia spp. Also indicated as an adjuvant in the treatment of dry eye.
Dose
Apply 1 drop to the affected eye every 8 - 12 hours during the first 2 days and then 1 drop every 24 hours for 5 days or at the Veterinary Doctor's discretion.
