A bactericidal, fungicidal, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic medication indicated for the treatment of acute otitis media and chronic suppurative otitis. Due to the action of dexamethasone, it helps reduce inflammation of the ear mucosa. It acts against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria such as Proteus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Pseudomonas spp., and Streptococcus spp.

Thanks to its ketoconazole content, it is also effective against Malassezia pachydermatis.
