Formulation

Amoxicillin trihydrate, clavulanic acid

Indications

Treatment of skin, soft tissue, genitourinary, respiratory tract, ear, and periodontal infections in dogs caused by germs susceptible to the active ingredients of the formula.
Dose

General dose: 10 mg of amoxicillin and 2.5 mg of clavulanic acid per kg of body weight, every 8 or 12 hours, for 7 days.

Rx Spectrum Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid 50 mg: Dogs and cats: 1 tablet per 4 kg of body weight every 8 or 12 hours, for 7 days.

Rx Spectrum Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid 250 mg: Dogs: 1 tablet per 20 kg of body weight every 8 or 12 hours, for 7 days.

Rx Spectrum Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid 500 mg: Dogs: 1 tablet per 40 kg of body weight every 8 or 12 hours, for 7 days.

The dose may be modified at the discretion of the Veterinarian.
